Serbian Deputy Minister for the Diaspora Aleksandar Cotric said on Monday, following his recent visit to Albania, that according to Albanian stands, Albania and Serbia were not neighbouring countries.
"The Albanian side stresses at an increasing pace that Albania and Serbia are not neighbouring countries. They believe that Kosovo is no longer a part of Serbia, although it is that according to the UN Security Council resolution. On the other hand, Montenegro makes independent moves and there is already an agreement on the abolishment of visas between Albania and Montenegro," Cotric told a news conference at the Serbian government, Tanjug reported.
