ROMANIA: Chinese Companies Interested to Build a New Ringroad for Bucharest
Chinese companies are interested in building a second ringroad for Bucharest and a bridge over Danube, in the Braila area, stated on Thursday Ileana Tureanu, state secretary with the Ministry of Transportation, Constructions and Tourism (MTCT), after having met an official of the Chinese authorities.

According to Tureanu, the construction companies from China had ‘special interests’ towards the ‘two MTCT projects’, Madiafax reported.

She mentioned that Shanghai city, the biggest of China, had 6 ringroads, made within 10 years.

MTCT signed on Thursday an agreement memorandum with the Communication Ministry of China on cooperating in road, naval, transports and their related infrastructure.
