CROATIA: Railways Present Carriages for Transport of Lorries

The Croatian Railways presented their new carriage, the first of fifteen that will be completed by June 2004.

The new composition of Ro-Lo carriages will become part of regular rail transport by the end of the year and will be used for trains connecting Zagreb to Austria. This will enable lorry drivers to rest before continuing their journeys, HIC reported.
