Dragisa Burzan, Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs, dismissed ministry spokesman Radomir Sekulovic for stating that Montenegro does not have the authority to unilaterally sign the US request for non-extradition of its citizens to the permanent International Criminal Court.
Speaking to agency SRNA, Sekulovic said: "I expected this kind of reaction from Burzan; it comes as no surprise to me. However, time will show whether it is wise and useful for Montenegro to offer its services to the US and other countries that cannot be given and that no one has asked for", reported Tanjug agency.
